How do you know when a visitor arrives?
We use a location aware beacon that is a bluetooth enabled device that works for both Android and iPhone. We provide a simple interface to setup and configure the beacon to get you started. All visitors can always check-in manually as well.
How do I receive the printer and beacon?
You don't need the printer and beacon to get started. We mail the beacon and printer after you register as a paid user. There is a small deposit required based on your plan choice. We offer a 30-day money for both.
How long do you retain visitor information?
We provide the ability to invite unlimited visitors with your plans. We retain data as long as you have your account active so that you can always retrieve reports and history for audit purposes.
How do your support options work?
We offer support directly by phone or email 24 hours a day.
